The Lesser Discussed Changes

More on the proposed Firearms Bill.

Many individuals and organisations have been focussed on the disastrous effect the proposed repeal of sections 13 and 14 would have on individual’s ability to defend themselves from unlawful attacks. This is excellent and we agree that this proposal is problematic and illogical.

There are however more changes in this bill than the self defense changes, we take a small bite out of the huge number of changes and attempt to clarify why these will have huge effects on South Africa.

Please submit your objections before Monday the 5th of July. 

Make sure to get all your friends and family members involved, they NEED to object as well, this will affect them too even if they don’t like guns.
