Anderson Shooting Super Squad member Jay Beal joined USPSA to improve his carry gun skills and rapidly achieved Master in Open division shooting a Roland Special style Glock17 from appendix. He then moved on to Carry Optics where he got his Grand Master card in record time.
Jay tells us about where he started, how he progressed so rapidly. His training schedule and using Steven Anderson’s methods to great success.
He shared some great insights into the ratio between live fire and dryfire as well as some mental management ideas with us.
